You do not need to gather everything beforehand. It helps to have an overview of previous applications, letters from the authorities and any deadlines. We will tell you which documents are relevant to your case.
What we agree with you
Before we begin, we describe the specific work and agree on the fee. We clarify whether it includes a consultation, document review, an application, communication with the authorities or an appeal. Any work outside the agreement is discussed with you first.
Your initial enquiry
When you contact us, we clarify your needs and the terms of our advice. Any fee for a separate consultation is agreed before it takes place.

Can you help if I live outside Denmark?
Contact us and tell us about your situation. An initial conversation can take place by phone or video, so we can establish how we can help.
What does the fee cover?
Before work starts, we agree on the advice and case handling included in the fee. Amounts shown include VAT. Authority fees, translations and other expenses are agreed separately.
Can I get help in my own language?
Tell us your preferred language. We establish who in the team can help and whether an interpreter is needed. Hamayoon speaks Persian (Farsi), and Mohamad Alloush is our interpreter and legal consultant.
My application was refused. What should I do?
Contact us and have the decision ready. We can review it with you and assess your options and the deadlines that apply to your case.
